- Only registered guests included in the booking are permitted to stay at the villa.
- If you wish to invite additional guests, please contact us first. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
- Please report any breakages or damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused during their stay.
- Do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary products, or toiletries down the toilet.
- Tap water is not drinkable. Please use bottled water for drinking.
- Please treat the villa and all furnishings with care and respect.
- Large furniture, including dining tables, beds, and other heavy items, must not be moved.
- If using the BBQ, please follow all BBQ instructions and ensure it is safely extinguished after use.
- Any commercial filming or photography intended for business, advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes requires prior written consent from the owner.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
