It reflects warmth and personal touch that make Akobara Villa feel like a home away from home.

Before welcoming guests to Akobara Villa, Eleni-Aimilia worked at Etrusco, Corfu's renowned Michelin-starred restaurant, led by acclaimed chef Ettore Botrini, known for the popular television series Botrini's Kitchen, where she discovered the importance of thoughtful service, genuine hospitality, and making every guest feel welcome.
If you are looking for a truly authentic Corfu experience, Eleni-Aimilia can also prepare a traditional family-style meal upon request. Combining her hospitality background with recipes passed down through generations, she loves introducing guests to the flavours of the island. From Corfu's famous Pastitsada to her homemade Galaktoboureko, her cooking offers a genuine taste of traditional Corfiot cuisine and the warm hospitality for which the island is known.
